Buyer’s Inspection

This is the most common form of inspection. It is scheduled with the buyer upon signatures of contract of both buyer and seller for any type of property. The inspection covers hundreds of items in the property and every major system—roof, HVAC, electrical, and so on. The report, available on the same day as the inspection, gives the potential buyer a clear assessment of the property prior to purchase.
