Warranty Inspection

Some homes—especially new homes—now come with a home warranty. Why not find out what could go wrong before the warranty expires? A warranty inspection covers all systems in the home and helps you identify any issues prior to the end of your warranty.

New Construction Inspection

So you’re building your dream home. Your contractor is doing a great job on every part of the construction—right? Not all times do we as consumers know what is right and wrong with construction; why not have an expert on your side to make sure it’s done right the first time? A new construction inspection covers every major system in the home and reports on any deficiencies that can be corrected prior to you moving in.

Maintenance Inspection

At one time or another, we all have items in our homes that need to be repaired. But sometimes that list gets out of hand or, worse, things go unnoticed. Prepare yourself and plan for maintenance before it’s too late. We will do an inspection of your home and point out the design life and current status of the major systems in your home so you can plan when to repair or replace them—you’ll know ahead of time, instead of being surprised. It’s a small price to pay for peace of mind.

Seller's Pre-Listing Inspections

You want to avoid surprises during the sale of your home. One of the smartest things you can do to prepare for the sale is to have it inspected. The Pre-Listing Inspection is the same inspection and process as the Buyer’s Inspection, but you get the results. Offer a better package and stand out from the rest of the homes for sale in your community by offering a Pre-Listing Inspection. You’re taking your home to the doctor for a checkup before selling it. Our realtors report that homes with a Pre-Listing Inspection sell 55% faster than homes without. Be prepared—inspect your home today!

Buyer’s Inspection

This is the most common form of inspection. It is scheduled with the buyer upon signatures of contract of both buyer and seller for any type of property. The inspection covers hundreds of items in the property and every major system—roof, HVAC, electrical, and so on. The report, available on the same day as the inspection, gives the potential buyer a clear assessment of the property prior to purchase.
