Bob and Ryan were great. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated how thorough the home inspection was. Bob and Ryan also pointed out tips in order to keep the house in good shape for upcoming years. Bob and Ryan also took the time to explain to me exactly what they were seeing, why it could've been caused, and possible options to fix any issues found.
