Commercial Building Inspections

From a 600-square-foot office to 100,000-square-foot industrial buildings, no commercial property should go uninspected. We offer full facility inspections to determine potential safety hazards, defects and future maintenance items. Our report will include photographic and video representation about the property’s main systems and functions including roofing, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety, and more. Our inspections follow the objectives of the: ASTM E2008-08 Property Condition Assessment. Contact us about your commercial inspection needs.

Phase 1 ESA (Environmental Site Assessment)

An environmental site assessment is a report prepared for a client that identifies potential or existing environmental contamination concerns or liabilities of a subject property. This report differs from a commercial building assessment or inspection as this report focuses on the environment and implications surrounding the environmental impact the property may or may not have.

The Phase I ESA is generally considered the first step in the process of environmental due diligence. Standards for performing a Phase I site assessment have been established by the EPA and are based in part on ASTM in Standard E1527-13. Contact GPI regarding all your commercial inspection needs.
